Unlike all other major direct sales business models, NINObrand Private Stylists are not required to purchase any “sales kits,” or to pay any corporate start-up or membership fees whatsoever. Rather than using the all to common model of profiting from new applicants, NINObrand truly and thoughtfully reviews and connects with each applicant to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship for all parties, because real empowerment begins with trust.
Once accepted, Private Stylists will receive an agreement outlining sales commissions, bonuses, and requirements. Stylists will then be trained and mentored, and embraced into the NINObrand family.
For Trunk Shows, Events, and Appointments not held at a NINObrand location, Private Stylists simply arrange to receive or pickup the merchandise required. Merchandise not sold is then simply returned.
Most importantly, NINObrand wishes to encourage creativity and the expression of each Private Stylist’s unique background. Given the versatility of the Collection, there are no limits to the events, initiatives, and promotional efforts possible.
